"Terrible insurance agent . Within the past few months I was switched to this Agent Mike Samueloff which has been such a terrible experience that I ended up switching insurance companies after being with State Farm for almost 3 years. My old agent was very helpful and explained and helped whenever needed, I was told my insurance was going to drop to $150 after paying off old premium at the begging of the year (January) but it ended up going up to $175. I called this office several times with no answer and texted 5 times over a period of a month just trying to get an explanation of what happened and why there was an increase , and got nothing back. They don’t care about their customers and only care about you paying a higher premium than what they explained it would be."

"These guys are absolute worst. I never been in accident before. Jinxed myself I'm sure but set up insurance with these people. Called me for 2 weeks because I was shopping prices. Chose this company because they was one of lowest and had national name. Well i did get in accident 1 week after i got insurance. It was in work vehicle but called and left them message about accident. They called back later that day not to talk about accident because he said he didn't listen to entire message but was to almost triple my payment. I asked why he said Cri. I said whats that he said credit score. All 3 of my scores are between 700-750. They raised it because of accident. I talked to rep let them know about accident. They said it should not raise rates. If it does it's not much because work accident and both people are ok. DO NOT GO WITH STATE FARM OR MAYBE ITS JUST THESE AGENTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE AT SAME TIME. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS"
