"Good afternoon folks out there in read-reviews land.... This next glorious review will be going out to the great citizens at my nearby State Farm agency. Namely, Garrett and friends right up the street.... how convenient is that!? So, today I'm working through- my 79yo roomate/senor citizen friend- his monthly/annual budget structure. One item in particular stood out. Yes, it was His car insurance figure.... $135.00/mo. Albeit, he had an incident back in Dec. 2024. Merging onto w26th eastbound from 79N, it get hectic with the under bridge traffic patterns against rearward off ramp speeds behind you. You experience a "push" to join lane #1 on 26th. That day, was a pile of construction materials I.E.- big white lidded buckets with something hard inside, some orange pilons, etc. So sharply he swerved into lame #2. Unfortunately, 1 of the buckets had rolled there unforeseeable, and it went straight under the front clip. Damaging the radiator, cooling cells, skirt, camera systems, and more!!! Yes, little did we know that day, in addition to a $3400 total, a $1000 deductible, and later-on an ensuing Ins. rate increase... his fixed income budget also got HIT HARD! Now I've known this man for years and he doesn't deserve what a "triple-letter-company" he previously had.... as of today- tried to pull on him! Go from $135/mo to $418 per month on a 5 on1off 6 month term. That's the story. I'll leave you hanging on what he now pays including both of us covered, auto & renters.... It's $100's less than those other unsavory estimates whereas if I have anything to do with ain't happening today!!! So thanks tremendously out to Garrett and staff at Mike Samueloff State Farm, 2244 west 38th st Erie Pa. Peace."

"Terrible insurance agent . Within the past few months I was switched to this Agent Mike Samueloff which has been such a terrible experience that I ended up switching insurance companies after being with State Farm for almost 3 years. My old agent was very helpful and explained and helped whenever needed, I was told my insurance was going to drop to $150 after paying off old premium at the begging of the year (January) but it ended up going up to $175. I called this office several times with no answer and texted 5 times over a period of a month just trying to get an explanation of what happened and why there was an increase , and got nothing back. They don’t care about their customers and only care about you paying a higher premium than what they explained it would be."
